I am a film editing graduate from AFDA, school of motion picture medium and live performance.
Throughout my degree I managed to work on a range of project briefs within the editing field. These projects helped me gain a deeper understanding of each and every aspect of an editor.
Majoring specifically in Film Editing has given me the necessary skills needed in understanding the importance of workflow, media management, and planning for an edit beforehand, just to name a few.
Taking my skills further and having done a vast amount of training in softwares such as Premier Pro and Avid Media Composer, and also working on various projects, I’ve learned editing is more than just being able to operate the software and cut pictures together but rather enabling an in-depth knowledge to the theories and other aspects that lead to a finished project.
In all my work I strive to produce the best of my abilities and continue to learn and adapt as much as I can.
I believe "creatively diverse" is what describes me best.
