Over the time I have come to understand that casting the right person for a role is very important although most times its difficult to get a perfect cast for a role but rushing to feature whoever is available will mess you up. So am also a Cast Director. When i read a detailed script I know who to pick during auditions even if they seem to have fail the audition; in other words I look closely to see potentials that others can't easily see.
